I have sent our Medical Consent form for translation a while back.Now we have been receiving multiple complains from our arabic client and counterparts that our consent is wrong and like they only use google translate to do it. I have requested for them to rectify it as we paid for that already. And they are not doing anything. I want the correct translation of that. or just refund our money as we cannot use it on anything anymore as we have been receiving complaints because of it.
