I called the mobile number posted. I was asking for the office location and the guy who answered said he will send the location. I have been waiting at Etihad Towers for 1 hour and still no message. When we tried calling him he said he will send, he was in a hurry and keeps hanging up the call. Doesnt even let you finish what you are saying. Very unprofessional. If they are offering a 24/7 service then we expect a good customer service 24/7 as well. They are advertising that their offices are 24 hrs but infact only one office is open 24hrs. I am from mbz and went to etihad towers for nothing. The guy should have atleast the decency to tell that he cannot attend to our query instead of making us wait for nothing. I wouldnt recommend!
